Data was dropped due to too much outstanding data in rule “<Some rule>” running for instance “<some Instance>” with id:”{GUID}” in management group “<Management Group Name>”.

first check for updates to your Operation Manager and to the Data warehouse library management pack. after that, make sure you distributed the credentials of the Run-AS accounts and profiles to the new RMS \ MS :

Administration -> Run-AS configuration -> Accounts :

Data Warehouse Action Account

Data Warehouse Report Deployment Account

Etc…

As you can see in the picture below, the distribution is configured as “more secure”, in this case you have to add your management servers and the RMS –
